We’re all experiencing a crazy, unusual time right now and working from Home is our new reality (for now anyway). It has its benefits, no long commute, comfortable clothes and getting household chores done on your lunch break. 😉 But it can also be a challenge, especially if you haven’t had the time to actually prepare yourself for this big change. Over the years I have assembled a list of practical tips on taking care of myself while working from home.
